Internal Communications Senior Manager

Pay rate range: $60-65/hr.

Job Summary

Global Comms Team is looking for an Internal Communications Senior Manager to help craft and deliver impactful company-wide communications that keep our team informed and engaged. This person will report to the Director of Internal Communications and support key stakeholders across the company.

What Youll Be Doing

• Draft engaging and clear internal communications, including emails, slack posts, intranet content, video scripts, and more.
• Advise stakeholders across the business on internal communications strategy, including: channel, timing, voice, and corporate messaging.
• Project manage our internal communications intake process/calendar in Asana, intranet, and distribution of internal comms.
• Support all-company meetings by creating compelling content and helping with event logistics to ensure a great experience for our hybrid audience.
• Provide strategic communications council to key business units to ensure our team has the right information at the right time to do their best work.
• Help brainstorm creative new ways to engage our global team and continue to improve internal communications .
  
  

Experience youll need:

• 8 + years experience working in communications, with a focus on employee/internal communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on creating employee-centric, engaging content including: emails, slack posts, video scripts, talking points, etc.
• Project management skills with superb attention to detail.
  
  

Nice to Have: experience working at a PR agency and/or in a high-growth, global company.
