Base pay range

$93.95/hr - $103.95/hr
Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager I in Mountain View, CA. Duties:

  • Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization
  • Marketing Manager I will develop and implement marketing plans to serve the business objectives
  • Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects
  • Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors
  • May oversees advertising, events and public relationships
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs; True first level manager
  • As a Marketing Manager I, you will ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
  • Has full authority for personnel actions
  • Designs sales content in email for sales agents

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required with related work experience in marketing and/or sales
  • Marketing professional with minimum of 3 years of marketing experience leading marketing initiatives and cross-functional execution
  • 1-2 years of experience in Outbound Sales Marketing and Lead Management a plus
  • Proven experience and passion to facilitate relationships and collaborate across other channels and segments of the business
  • Experience with direct sales organizations, Salesforce.com/Eloqua (or similar CRM and Marketing Automation)
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes
  • Understanding of the sales process in any form, sales funnel work, etc.
  • Is good at understanding data and leveraging data to tell the story
  • All Google suites
  • Data analytics
  • Any AI exposure
  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
  • Demonstrate effective project management skills that drives execution cross-functionally
  • Listens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Company portfolio, not just the Sales Marketing Channel
  • Strong use of segmentation and targeting to drive awesome customer experiences Influences across teams, consistently communicates and influences across all levels up to Executive to achieve results
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Location - remote is fine, open to all locations and time zones
  • Experience with small businesses a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
