In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

• Draft and refine project qualifications, resumes, and bios; coordinate with the team for details; prepare review drafts and final layouts; facilitate information flow; and select appropriate imagery.
• Fill in content, obtain necessary signatures, and ensure compliance in proposal/SOQ forms.
• Distribute RFIs, manage responses, and provide necessary follow-up.
• Collaborate with designers for early-stage proposal visuals like organizational charts and workflows.
• Provide editorial support to ensure content quality, this includes proofreading and editing.
• Organize meeting logistics, including invitations, space, catering, and provide meeting support.
• Coordinate photography and draft web and social media campaigns for pursuit-related activities.
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
