Vice President of Sales

Our client, a global leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking an accomplished and dynamic Vice President of Sales to join their executive team. This key leadership position will be responsible for driving sales strategy, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the industrial manufacturing sector.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Salary: $350k - $450k

Location: USA - Remote
