Become an integral part of an emerging business for Theory. We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is required to undertake a variety of HR duties and function as a first point of contact for LTUS SSC and Retail employees, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development. They will also support with the design and implementation of company policies and procedures. The HRBP will support the wider team with the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, conduct investigations into workplace issues, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure Fast Retailing HR processes and procedures follow regulatory requirements and organizational policies.


Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the HR Director & Senior Director, continuously develop and execute the onboarding and offboarding employee experience using data to drive informed HR actions
  • Provide HR counsel and guidance to stakeholders, effectively recording HR actions and insights to drive business performance
  • In response to data and insights, develop and execute initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement, ensuring activities are KPI’d to demonstrate ROI
  • Support the HR Director & Senior Director with the coordination and presentation of SSC and Retail Learning and Development material
  • Implement and maintain data trackers, ensuring that data is promptly and accurately administered
  • Develop and maintain HR templates and files, ensuring that best practice HR is promoted
  • Contribute to the development and introduction of new administrative processes and procedures
  • In collaboration with the HR team, executing internal audits and following the outcome, processing required changes
  • Responsible for ensuring annual compliance with external and internal regulatory standards, facilitating and upholding them (e.g., non-harassment training, Code of conduct training, employee files, etc.)
  • In collaboration with the HR team, participate and lead the development of the HRIS processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team to support acquiring talent


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience, Fashion or Retail experience preferred
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role for a retail organization
  • Experience with the HRIS Workday is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to complete VLook ups, pivot tables, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively time manage in a fast-paced environment managing BAU alongside projects
  • Demonstrable stakeholder management, able to build effective working relationships
  • A strong interest in the fashion industry
  • Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solution-focused
  • Effective presentation skills


Salary range: $85,000.00-$90,000.00*


*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
