AMI is currently seeking a Director of Marketing to support the organization’s marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, high energy and high-performing B2B marketing professional to join a diverse-owned market leader. The position will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class suite of initiatives that support the company in growing its brand profile, market presence, and strategic growth objectives as a market-leading strategy and analytics partner to Fortune 500 Clientele. This role involves implementing the company global marketing strategy and tactics across all channels, tracking performance, and demonstrating ROI and will report to the General Manager.


Responsibilities:

-Work closely with the Leadership Team to understand the business strategy, needs and priorities

-Identify industry, market and competitor trends and share these insights with colleagues across the business

-Research and bring new product and services to the organization for operational implementation

-Develop senior level stakeholder relationships providing strategic counsel on brand and marketing best practices

-Strategic leadership of marketing plan development and its tactical implementation

-Manage and deliver multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns with the input of multiple stakeholders and use of relevant marketing platforms to achieve company marketing goals

-Successfully collaborate within the operating environment, including leveraging and originating go-to-market content (e.g., positioning documents, thought leadership, case studies, digital content, sales collateral) within the brand guidelines

-Lead on website content research, development and creation

-Collaborate with the client facing team and key operational delivery leaders to evolve marketing strategy and tactical planning in order to maximize lead generation – creating tailored campaigns around their existing clients and specific prospects and projects

-Identify opportunities and oversee project management for trade shows, speaking engagements, client mailings, webinars and events

-Social media account management

-Monitor, analyze, report, and provide recommendations on performance across all channels, including lead generation and business wins.

-Support recruitment marketing campaigns across the recruitment process

-Be instrumental in developing and overseeing the implementation of the internal communications plan and take responsibility for All Company communications


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

-Direct Industry experience in Meetings, Group Travel, Hotel and/or the audiovisual industries is strongly preferred

-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience); professional or higher qualification in Marketing preferred

-Strategic mindset with tactical execution abilities

-10+ years of marketing experience and management of team, contractors, agency a plus

-Experience with HubSpot marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing platforms

-Effectively work autonomously within a highly virtual, third party team.

-Deep understanding of the variety of marketing channels and tactics available to engage stakeholders, with an emphasis on digital

-Solid project management skills and a track record for delivery

-Strong writing skills, attention to detail and deadlines, and adherence to brand standards

-Experience with online marketing including social media and content marketing

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
