Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance
  • Coach, develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
  • Attract, develop, coach, and retain a strong team, leading by example
  • Developing and maintaining an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
  • Analyze and evaluate the business and staff to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance
  • Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
  • Listen to customer complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership
  • People oriented, earn customers and employee's loyalty with a positive and energetic personality
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Job Type: Full-time/ Pay: Starting at $125,000 +
