Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensures the continuous improvement, development and adjustment of the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization.
• Focus on high productivity of the company's core and support production processes.
• Manage crucial engineering processes and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Develop an engineering strategy within a core organizational field.
• Ensure alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects.
  
  

Your Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years of applicable experience
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams.
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
  
  

Preferred:

• Excellent engineering & physics knowledge.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Process oriented.
• Assertive approach to problem solving.
• Continuous improvement approach.
