Description Description: As a Front Desk Representative at TMZ Events, you will be the face of our company, welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth experience from the moment they arrive. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for a positive and memorable event experience.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Provide information about events, services, and amenities offered by TMZ Events. Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless process for all guests. Handle inquiries, resolve guest issues, and escalate concerns to management when necessary. Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area, including organizing materials and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Coordinate with event staff to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and effectively. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with office equipment, such as computers and phone systems. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
