- Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to support growth objectives.
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to assess investment feasibility and potential returns.
- Financial Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial statements.
- Implement financial controls and reporting mechanisms to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario planning to anticipate and manage potential financial challenges.
- Financial Leadership and Team Development:

- Represent the company in financial negotiations, strategic discussions, and investor relations activities.
