Managing Director

Front Office team head who will be working with relationship mangers and external contacts to originate new transactions and manage the execution of these transactions to meet our clients’ needs in the Asset Finance space. The Asset Finance business includes Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Borrowing Base Financing, Factoring, Accounts Receivables Financing, Securitization, Fund Finance and Aviation Finance, Sufficient technical expertise will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of staff within own unit or department, providing leadership and direction, and maintaining high levels of performance, motivation and morale.
• Accountable for specific budgets, business plans and medium-term business strategies and has overall responsibility for the implementation and delivery of operational plans in line with the overall business strategy.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships and new business opportunities

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or qualification in Finance, Tax or Accounting
• 10+ years' of Corporate Finance work experience
• Prior management experience required
