Our client is a renowned luxury fine jewelry brand founded in London. They are seeking a Head of Marketing to join their North America team in NYC. The ideal candidate is serving as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.


HEAD OF MARKETING


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


MARKETING & COMMS:

  • Implement and execute roll-out of bi-annual strategic marketing plan and calendar
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure calendar alignment and integration across territories and sales channels
  • Project manage production of creative assets and brand collateral – (ecom shots, web content, campaigns and retouches, press tools etc)
  • Project manage event production for press days, product launches and third-party partnerships
  • Manage 360 campaign roll-out aligned to marketing calendar
  • Responsible for budget tracker and reporting over/under spends
  • Manage brand collateral, updating line-sheets, brand-book, look books, online content
  • Supporting W/sale team by distributing and updating brand assets and ensuring partner store and online content is up-to-date
  • Responsible for all channel analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta insights, Shopify etc)
  • Day-to-day support of agencies, ensuring distribution of assets, product, copy, logistics etc.
  • Supporting on Influencer campaigns, managing logistics, product, deadlines, deliverables etc
  • Manage PR sample inventory, coordinating loan requests and assisting on photo shoots
  • Build and drive sophisticated Email marketing programme from Welcome and automated journeys through to seasonal programming
  • Build and drive content marketing strategy implementing ROI reporting and analysis
  • Responsible for building CRM programming to drive customer retention and deliver first-class brand experience
  • Deliver rigorous marketing program analysis – setting KPIs, measured results and key learnings. Recommend strategic optimizations accordingly.
  • Constantly monitor luxury competitors and industry and feedback



ECOMM:

  • Manage day-to-day running of ecomm – uploading product images, updating copy and new assets / content in line with marketing calendar and new product drops
  • Inventory management – monitor stock levels, best-sellers and merchandising opportunities
  • Responsible for analysing and reporting on trade performance via GA / Shopify
  • Support on digital campaigns, managing and implementing SEO, PPC, Paid social, Shopping, CRM
  • Build and manage CRM calendar, building out emails, copy and assets and monitoring performance
  • Manage all digital asset development, adjustments, approvals and deadlines
  • Support with web development and management, drafting briefs for improvements and working closely with dev agencies to improve UX and optimise conversion
  • Manage day-to-day social media calendar – IG grid planning, asset development, copy-writing and roll-out of assets
