The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is both a strategic and tactical support role that will work closely with leaders and employees at all levels. The HRBP provides information, guidance, consultation, and facilitates the delivery of HR services. As an HRBP you must have a strong commitment to provide an optimal employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness and growth. The HRBP prides themselves in being highly collaborative and fostering strong partnerships with our clients and our HR specialty partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives, while aligning HR programs and initiatives. Support business goals and bring the best experience and solutions to employees.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and employees on performance management, talent development, and employee relations. Identify opportunities and provide guidance to mitigate risks.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, by ensuring management understands HR policies and practices. Consult in action planning and assist in delivery of outcomes.
  • Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, including change management, workforce planning, and partner with management to advise on change implications and people impacts of organizational programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices and share insights with business leaders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the HR leadership to implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support HR programs and initiatives, including compensation, benefits, and recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

The annual base salary range for this position is from $109,637 to $173,264, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications. May be eligible for a sign on bonus.
