Quality Assurance Manager

The QA Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing our QA Engineers, and supporting applications that impact all business areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for leading a team of QA engineers.
• Establish and standardize testing procedures across assigned platforms, ensuring they are in alignment with industry best practices.
• Manage, advise on, develop, and maintain manual and automation test frameworks.
• Ensure proper documentation of test plans and cases.
• Identify system and process improvement/enhancement opportunities.
• Support and advise team as a technical advisor for tasks, projects and operations, while also being a contributor to the testing team.
• Provide readouts during each sprint to ensure that any complex issues or roadblocks are communicated to overall team(s) to ensure timely releases.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of QA Management experience.
• Manual and Automation test management experience.
• Experience running with Salesforce, Workday, or Oracle testing is a bonus.
• Experience with Kainos Smart, or Copado is a bonus.
