Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles up to Senior Management level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing/offering candidates.
  • Identify and recruit for niche and specialized roles within the organization, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools, innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive and diverse talents for current and future opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external talent sources, to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Create strategies for and drive regional/global employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, collaborating with a recruitment marketeer.

This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 1-2 days per week in the Plainsboro, NJ office and the balance of the week in a home office. You must reside in a geography that is commutable via car to Plainsboro for weekly in-office collaboration days.

You bring

  • Minimum 8 years of experience working in a similar end-to-end recruitment role
  • Proven experience in working with senior stakeholders and niche or senior talent
  • Strong communication skills at different levels of the organization
  • Pro-active in actions with a focus on the end-result
  • Curiosity in people, new functions and new ways-of-working
  • Can-do mentality, fail fast and adjust
  • Bachelor’s degree
