- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within operational processes.
- Project Assistance: Support project management activities, including tracking project progress, managing timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in an operational or analytical role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems or database management is a plus.
