We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position within our executive team, where you will be responsible for leading our design team, developing and implementing innovative brand strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling visual content that will captivate our customers and drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage our design team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including print and digital campaigns.
• Oversee the design and production of all promotional materials, ensuring they align with our brand identity and meet quality standards.
• Leverage knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and graphic design to create visually engaging content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a cohesive and impactful brand message.
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by team members to ensure they meet branding guidelines.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind design decisions and gathering feedback for revisions.
• Use lifestyle brand experience to create designs that resonate with our target audience and reflect current trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Art Director role or similar.
• Proven experience managing design teams and leading creative projects.
• Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and portfolio layout.
• Experience in Portfolio Marketing and a strong portfolio showcasing your creative design work.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience working with lifestyle brands is a plus.
