Position Summary: We seek a highly motivated Vice President of Sales to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role will start as an independent contributor and evolve to include building and leading a sales and business development team as the company expands. This is an opportunity to contribute immediately, have a recognized voice across a growing enterprise, and make impactful decisions that align with PharmD Live's mission and growth. The Vice President of Sales will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physician Practice Stakeholder Engagement and Sales: Build a network of clinic relationships with potential clients and lead commercial discussions with prospects and clinic owners.
  • Revenue Ownership: Lead relationship development for a portfolio of customer/partner accounts against set targets.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process with new and existing accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical and Operations leadership to ensure a deep understanding of PharmD Live solutions and roadmaps, providing market-informed insights.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Leverage physician clinic sales and business development expertise to build compelling value propositions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7+ years in physician office, B2B sales, with a successful track record selling directly to the provider/health system space using a consultative approach.
    • Specific experience and relationships with independent private practice physicians and health system executives are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong new business/sales development experience with the ability to maintain client accounts.
    • Track record of success in prospecting and using a consultative approach to build and maintain strong internal and external networks.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of value-based care is a must.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to make virtual and in-person presentations.
  • Outbound Sales: Comfortable researching leads and making outbound cold calls.
  • Education: Minimum 4-year degree; MBA is a huge plus.
