Engineering or Manufacturing Recruiter

This is a work from home opportunity, and we are seeking remote Engineering or Manufacturing Recruiterin Colombia.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles within our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for direct hire positions, particularly in the Northeast region of the US, and be adept at sourcing and placing candidates in specialized industries such as defense/aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical manufacturing.

Rate in USD: $10

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for rolesin engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, IT, accounting & finance, andprofessional services
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand theirhiring needs, company culture, and job requirements.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels,including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, andmanage the selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitivelandscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract terms, toensure successful placements.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  

• Proven experience in recruiting for direct hire roles, preferably in the Northeast US region.
• Strong understanding of industries including defense/aerospace, electronics, pharmaceuticals,and mechanical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and placing candidates for roles in engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, IT, accounting & finance, and professional services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, with a solid understanding of best practices in candidate sourcing and placement.Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent)
• Must be outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
