Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3-5 years of HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong foundation in HR practices with a knack for technology implementation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Consideration given to candidates with significant experience in lieu of a degree
