The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead a dynamic Enterprise Sales Team. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about guiding teams to reach their full potential and contributing to our ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and train a team of 5-10 sales representatives while mentoring them to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
  • Work Environment: Create a positive, energetic workplace that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Location and Work Environment

Requirements

Home Office Setup

  • Private home office with a door for confidentiality
  • High-speed wired internet (Cable or Fiber Optic; no DSL or Dish)
  • Dual monitors
  • Desktop PC (less than 5 years old), running Windows 10 or 11
  • Active webcam

Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in IT or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspaces

Leadership Experience

  • Prior management experience with hiring and firing responsibilities
