The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead a dynamic Enterprise Sales Team. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about guiding teams to reach their full potential and contributing to our ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and train a team of 5-10 sales representatives while mentoring them to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
- Work Environment: Create a positive, energetic workplace that encourages creativity and collaboration.
We are a leading provider of expert technical support for Fortune 1000 companies. Our clients rely on us for high-quality support in IT, business software, and mobile devices, including troubleshooting, remote configurations, and guidance on critical applications like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Access, and SharePoint.

Home Office Setup
- Private home office with a door for confidentiality
- High-speed wired internet (Cable or Fiber Optic; no DSL or Dish)
- Dual monitors
- Desktop PC (less than 5 years old), running Windows 10 or 11
- Active webcam
- Minimum of 5 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in IT or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspaces
- Prior management experience with hiring and firing responsibilities
