Base pay range
- Ensure all visitors and guests are entered into the building system
- Meet and greet incoming guests
- manage the conference rooms reservations and set-up
- Assist with setting up catering for meetings, and clean up once meetings are finished
- Assist the facilities team with office services functions
- BA Degree
- 1-2 years of previous office or customer service experience in a customer-first environment
- Should have a hospitable and welcoming personality, and an adaptable and "no job too small" mentality
- Should be confident in working with others to complete shared tasks
