Base pay range

$55,000.00/hr - $60,000.00/hr
Duties

  • Ensure all visitors and guests are entered into the building system
  • Meet and greet incoming guests
  • manage the conference rooms reservations and set-up
  • Assist with setting up catering for meetings, and clean up once meetings are finished
  • Assist the facilities team with office services functions

Requirements

  • BA Degree
  • 1-2 years of previous office or customer service experience in a customer-first environment
  • Should have a hospitable and welcoming personality, and an adaptable and "no job too small" mentality
  • Should be confident in working with others to complete shared tasks
