Business Operations Manager

Our client is a true global player in the industrial lubricant market, with production facilities crossing four major continents in eight different countries and a global distribution network. Out of their North American headquarters based in Atlanta, GA, they are bringing manufacturing to the American market. With the newly established state of the art technical service center, our client company is in a primary position to supply high-quality products and services across the entire US.

To facilitate the growth of their team in the US, our client is looking for a Business Operations Manager for the office in Norcross, GA. This person will act as the office manager and the bridge between CEO and the staff of five. They will also take over the purchasing function for the office. Industrial experience is preferred, knowledge of INFOR is a requirement.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Master data administration in ERP and CRM system (INFOR IS A MUST)
• Managing the purchasing function
• Facilitate cultural change and growth
• New hire onboarding
• Manage upkeep of office (electric, gas, business license, etc
• General office tasks to support the sales and marketing department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• European background (language, experience with European company, etc.)
• INFOR experience required
• Administrative experience
• Purchasing/Procurement experience preferred
