Project Coordinator

We are seeking a bilingual Project Coordinator to take responsibility for assembling all the documents required for permitting, submitting, and obtaining building permits to install various fencing.

The Project Coordinator will also follow up with customers and sales representatives about payments, financing, or other pertinent information and answer any inbound or outbound calls.

The ideal person for this position will be comfortable working with high attention to detail and discretion and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidate must be detail-oriented and organized
• Candidates should be professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills, honesty, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
• Proficient in typing and possess strong computer skills.

• Self-starter with strong typing and computer skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
• Skilled in verbal and written communications
• Able to utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
