DRC-Service Desk 3/ SD3 (Web Content Manager)

As WebContent Manager u will be responsible for creation, publishing & maintenance of content across CMS platform,including managing workflow,assigningtasks to team members&working with our clients to ensure brand voiceconsistency.

DRC is looking for a Web Content Manager to manage andcontribute to business-critical content initiatives. A Web Content Manager mustbe knowledgeable and skillful enough to drive operational excellence forcontent dispersed across internal workflows, company external and internalwebsites, campaigns, social networks, and so on. You must be able tocreate/edit, manage, maintain, and syndicate the content.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Will

  • Collaborate with team to standardizeworkflows
  • Seamlessly cross-collaborate with otherbusiness teams to improve efficiencies, content quality, and workflows
  • Manage daily content tracking, processing,and reporting with cross-functional teams to ensure better content monitoringfor accuracy
  • Help clients diagnose and solve contentproblems, and define content needs to support both user and business goals
  • Procure accurate and up-to-date informationfrom subject matter experts to maintain content relevance
  • Support content product development byacquiring, reviewing, and editing data
  • Manage and update content and campaigns underthe direction of the team lead
  • Prioritize effectively under importantdeadlines, executing on projects’ implementation in a timely manner
  • Assist in the planning and support of contentprojects and processes
  • Create and conduct training with internalteams and vendors
  • Oversee proper execution of projects andtroubleshoot problems
  • Track analytics and prepare insights
  • Help apply and maintain consistency withcontent standards
  • Support content intake and upkeep in backendcontent management system
  • Technical support and system access toapproximately 15,000 customers using ServiceNow
  • Workstation support, desktop support, business continuity,information security, network connectivity knowledge of MS Office (O3NA) anduse of ticketing system software

Qualifications For The Role

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operational management, content operations specialist, content manager, content creator, content coordinator, or UX writer role

Required/Desired Skills

Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Communications, English, Writing, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or UX Design preferred Required 4 Years Experience in operational management, content operations specialist, content manager, content creator, content coordinator, or UX writer role Required 3 Years Attention to detail and proven organizational and planning skills Required 0 Experience formatting content and metadata based on SEO best practices Nice to have 0 Passion for how content can make or break user experience Nice to have 0 Ability to see content holistically, and how it all works together, from the smallest piece of microcopy to an entire site architecture Nice to have 0 Ability to make complicated topics clear and understandable Nice to have 0 Expert understanding of web-writing best practices and the ability to communicate those to others clearly Nice to have 0 Outstanding professional and interpersonal communication skills Nice to have 0 Respect for deadlines and ability to pivot on multiple content-driven projects Nice to have 0 Experience using Cloudinary, HCL content management, Contently, Tinyeditor, and Forms.io preferred Nice to have 0 Experience with ServiceNow and IOP is desired Nice to have 0 Knowledge in tools of the trade to include SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Search Console Nice to have 0
