We have expanded our presence in Central Texas and are seeking a Branch Office Manager to lead our Kyle office.
Position Overview: The Branch Office Manager will oversee project operations and assume leadership responsibilities for the Kyle office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced municipal engineer to step into a leadership position with significant autonomy. The successful candidate will have the latitude to develop a Business Development Plan, foster relationships with new clients, and oversee the planning, design, and construction administration of various municipal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the operational activities of the Kyle office.
Lead business development efforts, including scope of work development and proposal preparation.
Assume Profit and Loss responsibility for the office.
Recruit, develop, and mentor professional, technical, and administrative staff.
