The Royster Group, Inc. is a leader in providing executive search, government solutions, and healthcare staffing. We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources. You must have demonstrable experience in general human resources, organizational structure, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, performance management, workplace safety and health issues, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- Seven years of recent HR experience preferably in professional services / staffing industry required.
- HRIS and talent management systems.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Veteran a plus.
