About the Role


We are looking for a Coordinator for our Brand Marketing Team. You will play a key role in developing product launches and brand activations. You’ll support the Brand Marketing Team with brainstorming, project management and cross-functional support, competitive analyses, consumer insights, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple touch points.


Candidates should be passionate about what we do, energetic, highly organized, great problem solvers, and self-starters. This role is based in New York City, but candidates should have the ability to travel to New Canaan, CT (where Tata lives) and Vermont (where our farm is located) up to 10% of the time.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support product launches and evergreen campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brainstorming, briefing, planning documents, postmortem analysis, invoicing, and timelining.
  • Help develop bi-annual new product conception decks to support launch planning activities, including competitive benchmarking and analysis.
  • Support the development of product and brand strategies and plans, including business insight analysis, content performance and trends reporting, and competitive performance and trends reporting.
  • Support packaging and collateral development, including brainstorming, briefing, managing product line sheets and translations, and proofing artwork.
  • Help to maintain important brand documents including master ingredient database, Tata tips and tricks, brand awards, etc.
  • Assist the team as the day-to-day project manager, including holding teams accountable for deadlines, scheduling meetings and capturing meeting notes, organizing decks and materials, helping maintain marketing calendars, facilitating stakeholder approvals, and supporting the execution of marketing plans.
  • Assist the team in planning and executing cross-functional team meetings, including creating product and brand presentations, building recap decks for campaigns, and presenting results and insights.
  • Assist the team in developing global promotional plans and activations, including ideating GWPs, omnichannel sets and digital exclusive bundles, sampling, and sales and educational collateral and materials.
  • Managing multiple work streams, parties, and deadlines; following up with key stakeholders on a regular basis, and keeping teams properly informed of project progress/challenges on an ongoing basis.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related subject.
  • Experience in marketing operations, brand communications, or launch support execution is preferred, and experience in beauty marketing is a plus.
  • Interest in beauty, luxury, and sustainability.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven, team player, and motivated.
  • Ability to adapt to change and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written skills and ability to articulate conceptual ideas.
  • Excellent ability to problem solve and offer solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
