Role Overview

In this position, you will focus on developing new business by building relationships with prospective Third-Party Origination (TPO) clients across the United States. This opportunity is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to engage effectively with TPO clients and promote business development.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new client Loan Officers and processors.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Address client complaints promptly, working towards quick resolutions to maintain our reputation.
  • Proactively collect contact information from prospective Loan Officers, processors, and broker-owners.
  • Conduct daily outreach via cold calls, emails, texts, and social media.
  • Use business intelligence and analytics for improved client insights.
  • Leverage marketing, CRM, and social media to enhance brand visibility and product offerings.
  • Provide regular progress reports on prospecting efforts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in mortgage sales, preferably as an Account Executive.
  • An existing book of business is advantageous.
  • Strong presentation skills for both phone and virtual meetings.
  • Proficient in market research, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
  • Familiar with mortgage products and guidelines, with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to dedicate time to prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Team player with a focus on business development and client satisfaction.
  • Commitment to the company’s core values and culture.
  • Reliable attendance and full engagement with business operations.
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
