Task Description
Calculate, prepare and issue documents associated with accounts, such as invoices, inventory statements, account statements using the computer system.
Code, totalize, combine into batches, record in a register or enter on the computer.
Verify and reconcile transactions.
Prepare cost or periodic statements or reports.
Respond to customer requests for information.
Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
Communicate with customers regarding their payment.
Enter and update data.
Communicate with the different departments internally, in order to resolve
Classify documents related to accounts receivable.
Other job-related tasks.
Skills Required
Team spirit
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Good communication skills
Good command of French and functional English, an asset.
