Head of Health Plans
As the Head of Health Plans at LetsGetChecked, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the healthcare payer business within LetsGetChecked. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute on sales, delivering exceptional client experiences, key initiatives & optimizing performance.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive threats to inform business strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to empower team members and drive professional growth.
- Promote a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
- Champion a client-centric approach across the organization, ensuring that all decisions and initiatives prioritize the needs and preferences of our users.
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing issues and implementing improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
- Drive initiatives to improve client retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through targeted engagement strategies and personalized offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-10 years of proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare payer business.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and leading change initiatives.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving access to high-quality, personalized healthcare solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity with resilience and agility.
