Head of Blink Marketing , Blink
The Head of Blink Marketing is a high-impact, senior brand leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, creative direction, marketing mix and go-to-market execution for Blink smart home security business. This is a critical position that will set the future course for the Blink brand, firmly establishing its identity and positioning within the smart security landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams to develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels (e.g., digital, social, tv, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, brand demand, engagement, and business results. Given Blink's position as a growing smart home security brand, the ideal candidate will also have experience taking a relatively new brand and building it into a recognizable entity.

Key job responsibilities
Create the strategy and plan to scale Blink into a brand with a distinct and recognizable positioning.
Oversee the creation of Blink’s integrated marketing plan and engaging campaigns that amplify the brand’s equity and drive brand awareness / brand love.
Guide a high-performing team of marketing, creative, and digital professionals to bring the Blink brand to life across all consumer touchpoints (digital, social, TV etc.) in innovative and compelling ways
Partner closely with product management, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, differentiated, and customer-obsessed brand experience
Monitor and analyze brand health metrics, consumer insights, and market trends to continually evolve the brand strategy
Leverage advanced data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and demonstrate clear ROI and impact on business performance
Create crisp positioning for new products and bring them to market with excellence
Basic Qualifications
- 15+ years of leading teams to develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, brand demand, engagement with outstanding measurable results
- Experience building or scaling brands
- High leadership EQ and outstanding skills in building team culture; able to inspire and elevate cross-functional teams
- Must be a strong collaborator and bridge-builder across teams
- Exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate deep insights into impactful marketing programs
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence executives, key stakeholders, and external partners
- MBA or other advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field strongly preferred
- Proven track record of success in the consumer electronics, home security, or related industries is a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $274,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
