Maternity leave replacement – 9 month contract

  • Administrative functions:
  • Front desk administrative tasks
  • Management of office supplies
  • Management of work order and shipping documentation
  • HR task:
  • Time sheets tracking and recording
  • Other employee related items
  • AP section:
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Monthly reconciliation with key supplier statements
  • AR section:
  • Producing customer invoices
  • Process customer receipt
  • Ongoing follow-up for outstanding receivables
  • Month-end task:
  • Review of purchase cut-off
  • Client advances and sales reconciliation

 

Software used:

  • Sage50 (a plus)

 

Qualities required:

  • Previous experience in a similar position – 2 to 3 years
  • Studies in accounting
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once.
