- Administrative functions:
- Front desk administrative tasks
- Management of office supplies
- Management of work order and shipping documentation
- HR task:
- Time sheets tracking and recording
- Other employee related items
- AP section:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Processing supplier payments
- Monthly reconciliation with key supplier statements
- AR section:
- Producing customer invoices
- Process customer receipt
- Ongoing follow-up for outstanding receivables
- Month-end task:
- Review of purchase cut-off
- Client advances and sales reconciliation
Software used:
- Sage50 (a plus)
Qualities required:
- Previous experience in a similar position – 2 to 3 years
- Studies in accounting
- Great attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once.
