Event Marketing Manager

Planned is an event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & events booking process. As Planned's first Event Marketing Manager, you will help ensure Planned achieves excellence in every event, creating memorable experiences that drive engagement, strengthen client relationships, and showcase our brand. Your Role

• Creative Direction: Develop innovative concepts, activations, and designs that make each Planned stand out with each event, from tradeshows to client dinners
• Logistics & Preparation: Oversee all event logistics, including booth furnishing, team travel, vendor coordination, material shipping, and more
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on event goals, guest lists, agenda, and logistics
• Client Management: Manage guest RSVPs and communication, ensuring high quality attendance and experiences that reflect the high standards of Planned
  
  
  

About You

• Proven experience in event marketing, with a track record of successful events. Tradeshow experience is a must have
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and report on multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts
• Excellent communication and client management skills
