Chief Financial Officer

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team in Miami. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to play a pivotal role in driving the financial success and growth of the firms organization.

Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE
• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and the Board of Directors.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining the financial health of the organization.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
• Federal Return- extension, preparation of reports and documents for CPA.
• Annual employee statement of earnngs.
• Monthly revenue, billing and time input per employee.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven track record of managing a finance team and driving financial strategy.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
