BKF Engineers, a leading civil engineering consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. As a Project Assistant at BKF Engineers, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to project managers and engineers, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of projects.
Responsibilities
Assist project managers in the coordination and management of projects
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate project milestones and deliverables
Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and project-related events
Communicate and follow up with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Track and maintain project expenses and invoices
Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Provide support in project closeout activities, including documentation and recordkeeping
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
Valid Driver's License in the State of California
