Medical Director/ Senior Medical Director, Oncology

This role will lead clinical program strategy and helping to assure that activities are executed within expected scope, budget and timelines. The incumbent will play a key role the establishment and growth of Clinical Research functions to assure global capabilities and execution.

Job Responsibilities ：

• Providing clinical leadership and strategic medical input for all clinical deliverables in the assigned oncology project or section of a clinical program.
• Lead development of clinical sections of trial and program level regulatory documents.
• Lead and oversee the strategic definition and tactical development of clinical trials programs, including protocol, interpretation of clinical data, and literature reviews.
• Accountable for the delivery of projects according to quality, time, budgets, and resources.
• Contribute clinical science input into the relevant therapeutic/disease area scientific strategy.
• Identify and establish relationships with leading key opinion leaders (KOLs), principal investigators and patient groups.
• Partner with clinical operations and other functional areas for the successful implementation and execution of clinical studies
• Act as a medical expert in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements ：

• MD within a clinical and/or scientific profession (or an equivalent level of professional, clinical and/or scientific education, training and experience) required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry working with Phase I – III clinical trials, experience in Oncology clinical development strategies, clinical trial design and protocol development.
• Biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience is prefered.
• Previous participation in a clinical development program is essential, including involvement in all stages of clinical trials (i.e. from start up to study report), ideally having taken at least one study through from start to finish in a clinical scientist role.
• Independent, self-motivated individual with a highly entrepreneurial style coupled with self-confidence and a positive management style.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills.
