HR Director

Our client, a unicorn cybersecurity startup revolutionizing data security, is seeking a high-performing, HR Director ready to join a company pioneering the new era of cloud data security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops HR Plans:
    • Create and implement comprehensive HR plans aligned with the company’s long-term objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and talent management strategies.
    • Ensure HR strategies are scalable and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a growing startup.
  • Manages HR Initiatives:
    • Oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
    • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensures Compliance:
    • Ensure the company's compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
    • Develop and update policies and procedures to reflect the latest legal requirements and best practices.
  • Supervises HR Personnel:
    • Lead and mentor the HR team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Analyzes Data:
    • Utilize data analytics to track and report on HR metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
    • Identify trends and recommend actions to address emerging HR challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborates with Executives:
    • Partner with executives and managers to understand their needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
    • Provide expert advice on people management, organizational development, and talent strategy.
Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership abilities, with a focus on developing and empowering HR teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees.
