Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Boston for an Account Director specializing in Public Relations (PR) & Media within the Health sector. The role involves overseeing strategic communications programs, with a keen focus on earned media relations strategy and execution for development stage and commercial enterprises. Our focus is to drive behavioral change and value creation for health science innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Public Relations (PR) and Media, particularly in the health, biotech, pharma, or medical technology industries
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive communications programs that achieve client goals and engage target audiences effectively
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive successful PR campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful client relationships and achieving measurable results
• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Relevant certifications in PR, Media, or related fields are beneficial
• Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, market trends, and regulatory environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively
