Our Boston based non-profit is looking for an onsite Graphic Designer with 2+ years' for a part time four week vacation coverage; projects will primarily be print, ranging from posters and brochures to invitations but may include some emails. (No coding required.) This role will be a combination of both production and design; previous nonprofit or higher education experience is a plus!
Responsibilities of Graphic Designer
- Working directly with the marketing director and creative director to provide graphics and layouts.
-Working on existing design for projects including invitations, emails, marketing campaigns, and logos
- Creating corporate style layouts for website and email campaigns, ideating and creating infographics for research overviews, and presenting charts, graphs, etc in an eye-catching style.
- Ideating and creating consumer facing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and print marketing collateral directed towards young adults.
Looking for:
- 2+ years experience as a graphic designer working in house on a branding team or in a freelance capacity with exposure to a wide range of clients.
- Strong portfolio with examples of corporate layouts and design, as well as consumer facing social media graphics.
- Excellent communication skills, creative eye with a passion for design, and attention to detail.
