Position Summary

The Head of Professional Services, Americas will be responsible for the global delivery and service sales teams for Adobe's Americas enterprise business. S/he will lead teams in defining strategies for revenue growth, scalability, and exceeding customers’ expectations on engagement delivery.

This leader will build, mentor, and grow a geographically dispersed organization of more than 1000 individuals, supporting over 250m in revenue with an emphasis on providing a thoughtful but challenging environment where employees can add significant value and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the field in generating net new revenue opportunities from both current and prospective customers, as well as to lead those customers' overall satisfaction with Adobe.
  • Define and lead strategy for service offerings that establish strong value propositions, accelerate delivery, increase quality, and ensure customer success.
  • Engage with heads of Field Operations, Partner Sales and Regional Sales to plan and execute strategies for building a profitable services engine.
  • Play a key role in executing license revenue growth for the organization through increased focus around multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Lead and develop a large service organization. Develop the teams' skills and depth, particularly in solution selling.
  • Be a proponent of the solution selling methodology and actively promote this in his/her team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Services/Consulting and related roles, with at least 8 of those years in management.
  • Experience leading a global team of at least 500 individuals.
  • Successful history of owning a revenue number of 200m or greater.
  • Experience leading large, complex $1M+ deals.
  • Experience leading a high growth global consulting practice with within an enterprise software business.
  • Experience leading a geographically distributed organization across geos & verticals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $340,300 -- $691,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
