Junior Media Buyer

OTTO Quotes has an immediate opening for a full-time Paid Social Junior Media Buyer who has some experience in digital advertising to join our media buying team. In this role, you will be assisting one of the team's Senior Media Buyers in managing high-budget Meta campaigns. This is a great opportunity to join our young but successful Paid Social Team - tons of room for growth. There will be lots of visibility as you’ll be working directly under the Paid Social Team Lead. This role is heavily reliant on creativity and the ability to use data to make decisions - (creative freedom!) - creativity, copy-writing, and analytical A/B testing a must. Responsibilities:

• Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns - everything from pixel placement to reporting.
• Own your media buys - stay on top of data on a daily basis to ensure profitability.
• Helping direct creative team to develop high performing creatives based off your data.
• A/B test ad copy, creatives, and funnels effectively to meet performance goals.
• Ability to read data and make optimizations based off it.
• Perform competitive research.

Desired Skills

• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager - all not a must, will train the right person.
• Creative thinker that can communicate new ideas effectively with creative team.
• Understanding and knowledge of landing page design and optimization.
• Strong and creative copywriting skills.
• Self-starter that shows strong initiative and passion for digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills - not afraid to dig deep into the data.
