Hand on experience in Manufacturing Automation applications.
Basic working knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic
Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and servo motion control
Knowledge of Lean work cell design, standard product design revisions, cost improvement projects, capital expenditure projects and supply chain initiatives.
Experience in custom engineered solution businesses as well as factory automation is ideal.
Experience in developing system integration solutions for assembly line automation projects.
Strong Fundamental knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and control automation.
Design and implementation of end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for various applications
Design, development, and configuration of robotic and / or automation work cell layouts.
Hand on experience in Robotics / Collaborative robot Automation implementation.
Assembly, Pick & place, Vision and Inspection automation
Knowledge of Operation technology communication protocols
Ability to troubleshoot issues and / or errors with equipment and corresponding machinery. This includes basic electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and robotic troubleshooting ability.
The ability to read, understand, and modify electrical schematics
