Key Responsibilities:
- Culture Development and Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and cohesive company culture.
- Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Lead initiatives that reinforce the company’s core values and mission.
- Training, Development and Performance Management
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to support employee development.
- Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to address them.
- Facilitate leadership development and internal growth opportunities for employees at all levels
- Onboarding and Operational Integration:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly and effectively.
- Develop onboarding materials and programs that reflect the company’s culture and values.
- Monitor and improve the operational integration process for new hires.
- Employee Engagement and Morale:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as a resource for employees, providing support and addressing concerns.
- Develop and execute programs that boost team morale and recognition.
- 10+ years in OD, HR or similar role working in the hospitality industry at luxury hotels or resorts
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
- Masters or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time to experience and develop company culture at our property sites
- Hybrid work environment, primary workplace Naperville IL
- Proven experience in developing and implementing culture and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage change, and drive organizational success.
- Experience building training and development programs, onboarding processes, and employee engagement strategies.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
