Base pay range
Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to build bottoms-up annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans, with a primary focus on operational expenses
- Conduct detailed monthly review of budget vs. actual results to ensure optimal targets are met
- Investigate budget/forecast variances and provide explanations to department head and finance leadership in a clear and concise manner
- Liaison with various business owners to stay up to date on trends and new business initiatives as well as communicate results
- Work closely with accounting group during detailed review of results to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist Senior Management with special projects and ad hoc analysis
- 1-3 years experience in FP&A, financial modeling, investment banking, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with a strong emphasis on Excel)
- Preferably someone with Oracle EPM experience
- Ability to work with large data sets and experience with various analytics tools such as Looker, FinOut, etc. a plus
- Creative problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills - proven ability to oversee multiple projects while prioritizing and managing own time appropriately
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- General accounting knowledge required
