About the role:

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Pompa Program, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's operational excellence and growth strategies. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a dynamic team and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to ensure the seamless execution of our mission and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership:
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Streamline processes and workflows to enhance overall organizational productivity.
    • Ensure alignment of operations with the company's mission, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Oversee and manage various departments, including but not limited to technology, human resources, customer support, and ELT.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with the executive team to formulate and execute strategic initiatives that align with Pompa Program's long-term goals.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's business model and efficiency opportunities.
  • Financial Management:
    • Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth.
    • Implement financial controls and systems to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Implement effective risk management strategies to protect the company's interests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong relationships with other executives and department heads to promote effective communication and collaboration.
    • Ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to achieving organizational goals.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of operational initiatives.
    • Regularly assess and report on the performance of operational functions to the executive team.
  • Engaging Negotiations:
    • Skillfully negotiate with vendors, fostering partnerships that drive mutual success.
  • ELT Management:
    • Champion career pathing for our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring growth opportunities and professional development.
    • Conduct weekly KPI moderation, steering our leadership team towards continuous improvement.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Mentor the ELT, helping them expand leadership skills and achieve impactful results.
    • Foster an environment that encourages leadership growth and innovation.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar executive leadership role.
  • Have been COO of a 9-10 figure company.
  • As COO scaled company team members from around 300 - 1000+.
  • Strong understanding of health and wellness industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to Pompa Program's faith-based mission and values.

You will be interviewed, assessed, and expected to perform the following based on the job scorecard below:

  • LER (Labor Efficiency Ratio) of 3.6+
  • Profitability 15%+
  • eNPS 80+
  • 80% of team are A players
  • Within 5% forecast to actual
