Director of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and help us build a high-performing team that supports our commitment to outstanding patient outcomes. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving our talent acquisition efforts. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of healthcare staffing needs and the ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment solutions. Competitive starting salary based on experience: $125,000 annually. Fully remote position with flexibility to work from San Diego, California or Phoenix, Arizona. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the healthcare industry and aligned with the organization's goals
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high standards of recruitment practices
• Talent Sourcing: Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals across various specialties
• Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to position [Healthcare Organization Name] as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with healthcare regulations and employment laws
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Director or in similar role, managing a team of recruiters, ideally within a healthcare setting
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing requirements and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
