Chief Financial Officer

Up to $140,000 to start plus full benefits

As Chief Financial Officer, You Will

  • Join a manufacturer of heavy equipment
  • Manage financial operations
  • Oversee cash management processes, investments, insurance, budgetary functions, reporting, Human Resources and Strategic/Financial Planning
  • Manage operating budgets, capital expenditures and program budgets
  • Align cash-flow with operations
  • Analyze trends, risk/liabilities and variance
  • Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with leadership teams
  • Seek out cost savings wherever possible
  • Develop and strengthen financial controls
  • Run routine and special reports
  • Conduct routine and special analysis
  • Lead year-end close and tax preparation activities
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits and recruitment
  • Perform vendor/supplier management functions
  • Uphold quality, compliance and regulatory standards
  • Handle special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

An Ideal Candidate Profile Will Include

  • At least 3 years of Chief Financial Officer experience or similar
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models
  • A Master's Degree

With

  • Related experience from a manufacturing environment
  • Information Technology experience
  • Human Resources experience

Pluses

  • +++ CPA Designation
