Title: Technical Writer

Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of application functionality.
  • Interpret and clarify all related application and interface issues.
  • Understand programming, database structures, client/server; LAN/WAN; and GUI Design.

Qualifications

  • Ability to decode technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and three or more years’ experience as a Technical Writer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and proficiency with PC and/or Macintosh application programs.
  • Experience in technical writing of systems documentation and user manuals, including various electronic and video media.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, editing, and writing skills.
