Job Title - Project Manager (pharmaceutical industry)

Location - Onsite in Raleigh, NC

Job Duration: 12 months

payrate: $50 - 55$ /hr on W2.

Strong in pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record of optimizing operational processes.

Optimizes operational processes for daily services and support for maximum quality and satisfaction.

Helps craft individual goal setting to align with corporate and department goals.

Proactively mentors and trains subordinates to continually improve services and support to Client

Participates in decision making process on quality, compliance and fiscal matters as related to the group.

Makes recommendations with regard to hiring decisions.

Assesses performance and makes disciplinary recommendations.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Expertise in managing organizational change and implementing new technologies or processes.

Proficiency in modern IT tools and software.

Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis within the IT department.
